(Tried to fix this up a little bit so the difference between "full" and "forum" mod is a little more clear. Feel free to tweak as necessary or PM me (80428) with questions/concerns, etc.) |

Becoming a Mod
There is no sure fire way to become a mod. You cannot request to become one, nor is there an application process. Mods are hand picked by the admin team when there is need for more mods and when they see a player that demonstrates the traits they are seeking. Generally, those recruited to be mods tend to be older players who have shown a strong understanding of the site and how it works, are very familiar with the rules/ToS and follow them, are level headed, and demonstrate a desire and willingness to help other players.
New mods start as forum mods. Full mods are chosen from the ranks of forum mods, however, this does not imply a hierarchy of power, merely a difference in duties.
