This item was attached to every single Waja (even unborn pups) as a prank on Halloween 2008. For this reason there are a large number of this item on the site.
While the prank was generally well received, users with large numbers of wajas complained about how tedious it was to try to remove all of the webs one by one. Because of this, the admins released a link in the news shortly after the prank that would automatically remove all of the webs and place them in your inventory.
