An [[apology package]] was given out to users (1 per account), which included 1 Silver Aerial Token. As a result of these apology packages, Aerial is one of the most common breeds in the game. Meant to look like a bird, it has talons on its feet and feathers on its body. The Aerial was coincidentally very similar in appearance to another waja being suggested by Ankokou, the player who suggested the Bane breed.

To change a waja into an Aerial, use a [[Scaled Feather]] item.

They have long fur, a long fluffy and curled tail, short muzzles, and semi-short legs. It sports large eyes, a pleasant smiling expression, and is depicted in a sitting pose.

To turn a waja into a Spitz, use a [[Hairball]].

[[File:Keeshond_Majic_standing_cropped.jpg|thumb|alt=Keeshond|Keeshond dog named Majic]] It is believed (official credit was never given) that the Spitz waja is based on a Keeshond waja breed suggested by user Dankesque (ID: 1080), which got massive amounts of support. "Spitz" is the name of the breed "group" that Keeshonds are a part of. For a time, this suggested breed was also sometimes called the Husky waja.

The breed idea started from two things that she wanted to see in a waja: a super-fluffy breed and another small breed. She wanted something big, fluffy, husky type and at the same time something like the Corsie - small and cute. She used the Keeshond dog breed as reference.

During a downtime, the "Keshhond Waja" generator created by Dankesque was greatly popular on the [[Wajas Downtime Forum]]. Users used it as an adoptable generator for their customs or favorite wajas.

The Spitz breed suggestion was greatly popular from back to 2007, but the first news post on wajas about the breed coming out was on June 6th, 2010. [[Apollo]] showed new waja headshot without context. On June 7th, she admitted working on a new breed called the Spitz. She wrote "Accip resized a huge amount of items and Soteria did the markings so it's near completion. I have to finish up some mutations and redraw about 140 or so accessories then we can get this baby released!".

On June 21st 2010, the Spitz waja showed up on waja demo generator, and in the news post Apollo asked waja users to help test mutations and markings before breed release.

On June 22nd 2010, Apollo said that there were some really awesome Spitz designs people were making and suggested that it was becoming her favorite breed.

On June 30th 2010, Spitz [[tokens]] and [[Star Packages]] were in the [[Token Shop]]. Spitz was announced to be a new common breed, meaning that the Silver and Gold Tokens for them will always be available in the token shop.

Plushie

It is made to resemble a plush toy, and has a stitched smile with glass eyes that used to only be black. It is posed in a way that makes it look like it is stretching, with its front legs out farther and its back legs moved up. On March 28th 2009, the Plushie had its shading adjusted to a style featuring more defined lines and slightly different eyes. On September 18th 2013, its shading was further refined, and its eyes were again changed to better show color.

To change a waja into a Plushie, use a [[Plastic Waja]] item. Incidentally, the Plastic Waja is the most common [[Breed Changer]], as it is occasionally given out by the [[Fish-A-Waja]] daily game.

It is a stocky breed with short legs and its lineart is more complex and "busy" than that of previous wajas. Its pose is stationary, as though perhaps it was doing something when the player approached and it looked up. As stated in the news post that announced its release, Forest Tokens come up for sale in the [[Token Shop]] from Spring to Autumn (northern hemisphere) as this is "the life of a flower".

To change a waja into a Forest, use a [[Fiddlehead]].

==Pre-Release and Teasers==
As it is was not yet released, the Forest waja's page was unable to be finished, so its teasers and the release itself were covered during that time. On November 14, 2013 the first sneak peak of the breed was released as a black silhouette via the news. On January 12, 2014 the Forest waja appeared as an option on the custom demo and as the site began to notice, [[Estuko]] made a news post, announcing that it was only a filler image and the actual breed art was still being worked on, but teasers would be posted. On January 13, 2014 the [[Butterfly Wings]] teaser image was posted via the news. On January 15, 2014 a second teaser image was posted that showcased the [[Alien Eyes]], [[Raptor Claws]], [[Tail Spikes]], and [[Rhino Horns]] mutations. On January 27, 2014 a fourth teaser image was released showing the [[Forked Tongue]], [[Prehistoric Horns]], [[Antennae]], and [[Shoulder Eyes]] mutations. On January 31, the actual Forest image was released, without shading. It was added to the custom demo, and users were able to play with markings on it (mutations are not yet available). The image released in the news contained the markings [[Merle]] and [[Blaze]], and introduced the marking [[Vines (Marking)]]. On February 4, 2014 an image of the Forest with some in progress shading and a couple markings was released in the news. A news post on February 12, 2014 released an image of the Forest with its [[Bird Wings]]/[[Tri Wings]]. On February 17, 2014 an image of the Forest with its [[Mane]], [[Ram Horns]], and [[Leg Feathers]] was released. On February 18, 2014 the an image of the Forest with its finished [[Leg Poms]] was released. On March 27, 2014 Estuko posted saying that the Forest was almost done, that all of the [[Markings]] and [[Mutations]] should be working in the demo, and that she had made slight changes to the [[Mane]]. Two pictures were included in this news post. On March 29, 2014 the Forest breed's release was announced in the news with one final picture:

Today is the day. The Forest Waja has been released! Vine and Blaze dyes are in the Dye Shop. Star Packages were also released and come with a breed changing item.

However, accessories have not been completely refitted but we are working on those. Hopefully will have them done very soon. We will keep you all updated on those.

In terms of availability, this breed will be available in the beginning of Spring but go into hibernation in the beginning of Fall. :) The life of a flower.

They are standing and looking with their head flipped back, as if something was behind them. They have curls all over their fur, symbolizing wind running through their coat. The Tempest was a user suggested breed and were released in 2008. During this first release their [[Tokens]] were half price.

To change a waja's breed into a Tempest, use a [[Bottled Air]].

Egyptian waja is one of the 18 obtainable waja [[Breeds|breeds]]. Its concept is a waja in the desert, and its design is based on the pharaoh hound dog. They are very slim, and seem to be glaring at the player. They have large, pointed ears and a tuft at the end of their tail. Its shading used to result in muddled and gray colors until it was updated in 2013 to match that of newer breeds; many users were forced to create their custom Egyptians with eye colors several shades brighter than the color they wanted. Egyptian Tokens are available at all times in the [[Token Shop]]. The Egyptian was a user suggested breed.

To change a waja into an Egyptian, use the [[Miniature Pyramid]] item.

This leads to many players making horse or other hooved animal designs on their custom Earths. This waja appears to be happy and smiling while jumping/standing. On November 25th 2013 the Earth breed had its lineart updated to a thicker style, and its eyes also became more defined. This update served to bring their old lineart into the same style as the new breeds.

To change a waja into an Earth, use a [[Marble Horse Mold]].
