The Apology Package was given out to all players through a link between November 26, 2008 and December 15, 2008. The Package was given out in response to a downtime and rollback Wajas had experienced as a result of corrupt data following the original [[Bane]] release of October 2008.

The Apology Package included many items such as 25 [[Age Pear]]s to help players get caught up with breeding time lost from the downtime/rollback and a set of Longhairs. Mostly notably, however, [[Silver Aerial Token]]s were given out in the Apology Package. As a result of the Aerial Token giveaway, [[Aerial]]s are the most common breed of [[custom]]s on Wajas.

Each user was also allowed to get two Apology Packages by using [[Two Account Rule|two account]]s.
