The Mod Box is where you can report anything that goes wrong in wajas.
The following is the list of forms you can fill out to report something to the mods.

Abuse- Someone harrassing you or another player.

Art Theft- Stolen art or other works belonging to either a player or to Wajas.

Bug- Something not working as expected? Getting an error message you shouldn't be?

Exploit- Flaw that allows you to gain something you shouldn't be able to get.

Missing Items- Is your Waja equipped with an item that is not showing up?

Scam- Sites or other scams involving Wajas.

ToS Violation- Any violation of the Terms of Service not listed here.

However, do not use the modbox normally. There is also a forum for reporting glitches that you can use. Abusing the modbox will lead to a warning and too many warnings will result in a ban.
