Obtained year round by random chance via Silver Token Mystery. Silver Token Divines go on sale in the Token Shop once a year on (or around) Divine Day, which is July 4th. They are manually put for sale by Estuko and vary on release time, possibly being released any time between July 3rd and July 5th and only being on sale for 24-48 hours after being placed into the shop. They are limited to two per person.
