The Instant Birth Pear, when fed to a pregnant Waja, causes her to give birth to pups immediately without the typical 5-day wait. The Instant Birth Pear is the rarest of all pears and is not sold in any shops. One was given out as a Gift for Activity on February 5, 2009. Another one was sent to everyone on July 23, 2009 so users could play with the new breeding script.
