The Instant Birth Pear, when fed to a pregnant Waja, causes her to give birth to pups immediately without the typical 5-day wait. (NOTE: Using an Instant Birth Pear currently does not alter the pups' original birthday. Pup information, including the birthday, is generated automatically once a breed request has been accepted; an Instant Birth Pear forces the pups to be born instantly instead of waiting the full 5 days, but it will not alter the birthday! The birthday will still reflect the initial due date!) The Instant Birth Pear is the rarest of all pears and is not sold in any shops. It has been released in the following ways:
- One was given out as a Gift for Activity on February 5, 2009.
- Another one was sent to everyone on July 23, 2009 so users could play with the new breeding script.
- Instant Birth Pears temporarily restocked in the Pear Shop starting on September 13, 2011 at a price of 3,500,000 WC. They were removed from the shop roughly a week later.
- Available during the 2013 Point Exchange event for 15 points.
