Account freezing is the highest punishment a user can receive (short of an IP Ban). When an account is frozen, it is no longer possible to log into it and the items, currency, and wajas inside become completely inaccessible.

Wajas owned by frozen users will simply say "Frozen User" as their owner, and the caves of frozen players cannot be viewed.

Examples of Freezable Offenses

Generally it takes a significant violation of the rules to earn an account freeze. These are merely examples, and are not the only offenses that can cause an account freeze.

  • Being under the age of 13 (unless the staff have permission from your parents on file).
  • Posting pornography, gore, or other extremely offensive material.
  • Knowingly abusing a glitch.
  • Benefiting from more than 2 accounts.
  • Repeated smaller offenses.

When a user is frozen and tries to log into the site, they are provided with an email address with which to contact the site staff to contest their freezing. If they are able to provide sufficient evidence of their innocence, they may have their account returned to them.

Discussion of frozen accounts on the forums, like discussion of locked threads, is strictly prohibited.
