For Halloween 2015 (like five Halloweens before it) the Obsessed Waja Fan gave out treats to wajans who came to her door while the lights were on (once every 60 minutes). You would simply click "Trick or Treat" and the OWF would give you a random item from the pool of possible items.

The event started on October 26, 2015 at 9:24am wajas time, and ended ?? ?? at ??.
