Modbox

The Modbox is where you can notify moderators of issues and violations on Wajas. You can find it by clicking "Help" and then "Modbox". From there, you select the category which best fits your issue and thoroughly fill out the form, then press "Submit". Remember to include as much detail as possible (exact times and URLs, screenshots, etc.). This sticky includes information for properly using the Modbox. It is a good idea to thoroughly read that sticky as well as all information on the Modbox before reporting anything.

Remember that it can take a while for the staff to address the issue. Please be patient. If there is something that urgently needs immediate attention, sending a private message to a moderator may be a better option.

Warning Abusing the modbox will leads to a warning, and too many warnings will result in a ban.

Report Types

Abuse

Someone harassing you or another player. This includes name calling, blatant rudeness, constant harassment, public targeting, and other forms of user abuse.

Art Theft

Stolen art or other works belonging to either a player, Wajas, or off-site entity. This also includes the selling of art that does not belong to the user. Plagiarism or selling artwork that was traced or heavily referenced is also considered art theft.

Bug

Something not working as expected? Getting an error message you shouldn't be? Be sure to explain in detail and provide any error message that you receive (screenshots are best!).

Exploit

Flaw that allows you to gain something you shouldn't be able to get. Abusing exploits is not allowed! When reporting this please do not tell other members about it. This will only make it harder to clear who has and has not abused an exploit.

Missing Items

Is your Waja equipped with an item that is not showing up? This is also for if you had an item or CWP that suddenly disappeared.

Scam

Sites or other scams involving Wajas. Scams are sometimes hard to see until it happens. Please provide where the scam happened, who was involved, when it happened, and what items/wajas/etc were involved.

ToS Violation

Any violation of the Terms of Service not listed here. (use this if you don' know what type your report is).
