Modbox

The Modbox is where you can notify moderators of issues and violations on Wajas. The categories in which you may file a report are Abuse (someone harassing you or someone else), Art Theft (someone is stealing art which belongs to you, another player, or Wajas), Bug (something isn’t working right), Exploit (a way in which you can gain something which you should not be able to), Missing Items (items which don’t show up when equipped to your wajas), Scam (any kind of scam), and Terms of Service Violation (any other violation which is not covered in one of the other categories).

Reporting

To send a report through the Modbox, you first click on “Help” and then on “Modbox.” From there, select the category which best covers the topic of your report. Complete all the questions available, giving as much detail as possible, and click “Submit” to send the report. Note: Give the mods time to respond to or address your request; they will read it eventually, just be patient.

Abusing the Modbox will get you in trouble! Only report real problems, please.
