The Instant Birth Pear, when fed to a pregnant Waja, causes her to give birth to pups immediately without the typical 5-day wait. The Instant Birth Pear is the rarest of all pears and is not sold in any shops. It has been released in the following ways:
- One was given out as a Gift for Activity on February 5, 2009.
- Another one was sent to everyone on July 23, 2009 so users could play with the new breeding script.
- Instant Birth Pears temporarily restocked in the Pear Shop starting on September 13, 2011 at a price of 3,500,000 WC. They were removed from the shop roughly a week later.
- Available during the 2013 Point Exchange event for 15 points.
