Dipat is a pre-made custom patch only works on Tempests and belongs to the waja Diana (#727912). It was released via the first 2014 Waja Raffles along with the waja Diana herself and her attached Alpine Wallpaper being won by | Tabby Queen. She has since been auctioned off and belongs to Moka (#125).
Diana's original description was:
