Neck Ruff is a DNA Mutation that can be added to a waja through use of Neck Ruff DNA. It adds extra fluffy fur around the neck of a waja. When adding Neck Ruff to an existing waja with a DNA, you may choose its color.
Mutation Appearance
All examples feature wajas with a FF0000 (pure red) Neck Ruff. However, this mutation can come in any Hex Color as well as any Texture.
