Obtained year round by random chance via Silver Token Mystery. Silver Token Arctics go on sale in the Token Shop once a year from Autumn to Spring (Northern Hemisphere). They are manually put for sale by Estuko and may vary on release time, usually being put for sale on or around the Autumnal Equinox (Northern Hemisphere) and being removed on or around the Spring Equinox (Northern Hemisphere).
