In January, 2014 Estuko put a large number of customs up for sale in her cave in several waves. Depending on which "wave" it was put up with, the custom would be equipped with a wallpaper and one of the dragon pets which were drawn specifically for the occasion: Tankor (January 9),Tormrah (January 10), Tylith (January 11), Toonka (January 17), and Teilah (January 24). Divines were released separately and were the only breed equipped with Teilah. These wajas were priced at Token price or higher, with Divines all selling for a flat rate of 50 CWP. As the sale progressed, the prices of non-Divine straggler wajas were lowered and eventually changed to WC prices.
Where they came from
The customs being sold came from the account of a long-frozen user known as Ken. Most of the customs were created after Ken found and abused a site glitch which enabled CWP to be duplicated (which has, of course, been fixed). The reasoning behind selling the customs themselves was for the site to earn the money which was not earned at the time of the customs' creation. Many other users also benefited from Ken's abuse of the glitch, as he also publicly sold tokens he bought with the duplicated CWP for half their shop price. It was this glitch abuse that caused his account and all of his customs to be frozen. The abuse of this bug also had the likely unforeseen effect of devaluing all wajas for years to come as all waja prices come from the value of Gen 2s which sell for more because their parents are made from a currency that someone paid real money for. Because less was paid for the customs, their pups and all wajas down the line became less valuable. The waja economy is still seeing the after effects of this.
As Ken is a frozen user, conversations about him on Wajas are discouraged as it breaks the rule about not talking about frozen users.
